If you are interested in organic farming and environment, WWOOF-DK is open for you. We are around 30 organic pioneers in Denmark offers travellers voluntary work for board and lodging. The voluntary work gives no money, but a lot of nice experience with organic methods and Danish culture. It is also a great opportunity to travel in a cheap way.
